Projects and Achievements
- Facilitated performance improvement workshops which covered three performance categories; energy, maintenance, and operating costs, to close the gaps identified in the 2020 Solomon study,
- Delivered the 2022 Solomon Benchmarking study for three refineries and an Aromatics plant,
- Initiated a performance gap analysis based on the study results,
- Supported Salalah Methanol company with their 2023 Global Methanol Benchmark Study by PTAI,
- Scoping a contract for delivering benchmark studies for OQ plastics complex LPIC,
- Co-facilitated a company-wide transformation program of OQ RPI which aims at reaching a breakeven by 2024,
- Developed performance monitoring dashboards in Power BI
- Developed a fully automated, user-friendly tool for calculating and monitoring the downstream Energy Intensity Index (EII) in MS Excel
- Work with the corporate planning team and RPI leadership members to set annual KPIs for RPI every year,
- Implementing Continuous Improvement (CI) culture within the team
- Done CI awareness session and planned the CI improvements together,
- Completed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the critical processes,

- Seconded 5 months to the newly established Oman’s National Program for Investment and Export Development (Nazdaher) as a senior business analyst, in July 2022. I supported the program in developing strategies and plans for the Business Framing and Business Development departments. I also helped the Performance Management department in establishing systems for data analysis and program performance monitoring.
